Social Squad T’s & C’s – Lease Shares

• The advertised share price is the monthly fee for lease of shares. You will be charged for the first three months upfront. Once this period has lapsed, you will be invoiced monthly in arrears for a fixed fee (the advertised share price) that covers; Training, Vet, Critical Life-Saving Surgery, Farrier, and Race Nominations & Acceptances. Any Feature Race entries will be billed separately in addition to the monthly fee.
• Stakes will be paid out monthly, provided the owner’s account is in credit.
• Failure to settle an account within 90 days will result in the owner being denied entry to the Parade Ring on raceday, and stakes payments will be suspended.
• Should any partner wish to sell their shares, Race Coast reserves the right of first refusal to purchase those shares at the current market value (to be determined at the time of sale).
• No additional charges or commissions will be deducted from stakes or bonuses.
